Purpose:

       The technique of target work group (team) formation is aimed at automatic selection of their optimal staffing, as well as estimation of team efficiency, which makes it possible to shape different structural team models (from bureaucratically structured units to creative teams).

Possibilities:

  1. Precise quantitative calculation of team activity parameters;

  2. Optimal qualitative and quantitative group staffing; revealing a team leader for specific objectives, projects, goals (possible to consider team and leader type);

  3. Indices of professional and team compliance of every member with the goal to be achieved;

  4. The level of compliance inside the team ("every member to member");

  5. Efficiency and costing estimate of group activity;

  6. Optimal team profile for goal achievement and assessment of team compliance with this profile;

  7. Criteria for efficiency (progress) monitoring of the formed team activity;

  8. Integral coefficients of individual contribution to the goal accomplished by the team (as indicators for material stimulation and assessment criteria).

 

Technical realization

The described technology is realized as a special software package "SNY Staff Expert", which consists of three modules:

 

  • Workstation of a personnel manager (expert module for modeling team-formation process).

  • Tester-module for group compatibility assessment.

  • Processing module for estimation of teamwork efficiency.
