The project presents analysis of new methods in political attitude diagnosis and political rating forecast for different social groups.
New research methodology and procedure applied to the study of political attitude evaluation, makes it possible to calculate the real motives of political preferences in electoral groups, as well as their impact on political rating. It is performed on the basis of mathematical modeling of a politician’s image semantic space.
The new research paradigm of political rating forecast meets the following objectives:
determines the stable and noise components of political rating prediction;
models the political rating estimate in semantic coordinates, its rigidity (stability) considered alongside explicitness;
calculates probable interpretation models for a political image in a specified mentality;
determines the polarization degree of a public opinion concerning definite political leaders;
constructs the motivational vector of preference that describes an ideal image of a politician for a specified mentality under specific conditions;
tests the degree of proximity of definite politicians to the ideal prototype of a political image for a given mentality and different situations.
